At Mental Maths, we strive to provide a smooth and valuable learning experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. Course Enrollment is Final
Once you enroll in any course:
- Payments are non-refundable
- Course fees are non-cancellable
- No partial refunds are allowed
This is because digital educational content cannot be “returned”.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered if:
- You were charged twice due to a technical payment error
- Payment failed but amount was deducted
In such cases, the user must email proof of payment within 48 hours.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3. Course Transfer
Course transfers to another user or batch are not allowed, unless approved by management in special cases.
4. Cancellation of Account
You may request account deletion anytime by emailing:

Account deletion does not entitle any refund.
5. Platform Issues
If the LMS is down due to maintenance or server issues, no refund shall be issued.
We will restore access as soon as possible.
